  • What's Nirmy?
Nirmy is a tile-based, GPS-driven app consumers use to find or discover a variety of businesses nearby. It's fast, easy to use and free to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Watch this video to see it in action.
  • What type of business would benefit by being on Nirmy?
Any business with a physical location who wants to be easily found by local customers would do very well by being on Nirmy.
  • What makes Nirmy an ideal option for businesses over other business search apps?
INSTANT DISCOVERY - on other search apps, you have to type keywords to find anything. On Nirmy, simply launch the app and you instantly discover businesses near you. And you can find what you're searching for with 3 taps or less, no typing required. BRAND SAFETY - Nirmy is NOT a crowd-sourced platform like most other business search apps. This means you have total control over your content and presence on Nirmy. Your brand is safe at all times. CONTENT FLEXIBILITY - you have the ability to input, upload and display a variety of elements in your Expanded View, including images, unlimited live links, image links, videos, coupons, QR codes and promotional graphics. No other business search app allows this level of flexibility. VALUE - some business search apps charge USD2,000 - USD4,000 or more per year to advertise on their platforms. Nirmy's full marketing features start at only USD240 per year and offers the above advantages, among many other features and benefits.
  • Why are there no customer reviews on Nirmy?
Foremost, Nirmy is a search and discovery app meant to help new customers find your business, be intrigued enough by your images, description and promotions to try you out, and be happy enough with your product or service to become a returning customer and recommend you to their friends. Instead of open-platform reviews from the public at large, Nirmy displays simply how many 'likes' a business has received. In the near future, if you tap on the 'likes' counter, Nirmy will show you which of your friends on the app, if any, have liked a business. After all, nothing beats the endorsement of the people who know you best.

  • I would like to apply a coupon code to create a business account on Nirmy, but I only have a debit card. Why do you only accept credit cards as a form of identity verification?"

  • Why can I only upload 3 tile images and 3 callout images?
Three tile images are sufficient opportunities to entice a user to tap open your business tile. In Expanded View, images are limited to three to ensure that a business is selecting only the most compelling images or messages to display. Any of these six total images can be changed or updated at any time for variety.
  • Why are promotional messages and sales announcements prohibited from being displayed on my business tile on the main scrolling grid?
To maintain a premium, uncluttered visual interface and preserve an enjoyable user experience, we do not allow businesses to display tile images on the grid containing promotional messages including, but not limited to, sales, coupons, discounts or special offers. However, you may absolutely display promotional messages and graphics in your Expanded View (in fact, we encourage it since app users will be on the hunt for deals you may offer).
